When you register for a Live&Signed account as either a creator or as a general user, we may ask for certain information such as a username, your first and last names, birthdate, phone number, profession, credit card and other payment information, banking information, billing information, shipping and e-mail address and any other information you choose to provide.
Communications with Live&Signed: We also collect any messages you send us through the Service. For example, when you report an issue with the Service (inappropriate content, bugs, errors), respond to any surveys about the quality of our Services, request assistance, or make a request to exercise your rights. This includes information such as the number of followers and subscribers a Creator has, comments you leave on the Content uploaded by Creators you follow, and the Creators with whom you interact the most. This may include details about the features you use, the duration of your sessions, and the frequency of your interactions. By analyzing this data, we can optimize our Service, identify areas for improvement, and provide you with a seamless and personalized experience. Live&Signed is not intended for children under the age of 13.
Protecting the privacy and safety of young children is important to us. For that reason, Live&Signed does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 13 years-of-age. If Live&Signed learns that personal information of persons under 13 has been collected on or through the Live&Signed Services, Live&Signed will take appropriate steps to delete this information.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has become a Live&Signed Creator or general user of our Services, then please contact Live&Signed at privacy@Live&Signed.com to have that child’s account terminated and personal information deleted.

You can access, update, delete or export your personal information directly by accessing My Account via the settings page.
You may self-initiate a deletion of your account directly by accessing My Account via the settings page or by submitting a help ticket to XXXXX. Please be aware that this action is final and cannot be reversed. If you would like to transport your data, please be sure to download your data first before you delete your account.
It should be noted that we may retain certain information as required by law or for our legitimate business purposes.
You may object to the use of your data for marketing purposes at any time, free of charge, when we collect your personal information and in every marketing communication. You may also object to the use of your data for marketing upon creation of your account or anytime thereafter by opting out here.
Opting out will stop marketing emails. Please allow up to 30 days for your opt-out request to be processed. If you have an account with Live&Signed, you will continue to receive service-related emails.
You can change your email notifications in your Account Settings. While this allows you to stop many notification emails, we will continue to send service-related emails of critical importance.
With your consent, we may send push notifications to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

If we are unable to verify your request then, for your protection, we reserve the right to deny the request.
Live&Signed will securely retain your information for the duration necessary to provide you with access to the Service and ensure seamless interaction. Additionally, we may retain your information for the duration during which you or we may have the ability to bring a legal claim.
In the event that you decide to terminate your use of our services, we may retain your information in an aggregated and anonymized format. This allows us to maintain data that cannot be personally identified or linked back to you. Rest assured that we prioritize the privacy and security of your information throughout this process.
